How we work
How we work
No deal to point at yet, so here’s exactly what we put in motion.
What a connector is
Atlas Inbound is a connector. We sit between companies that have just run into a problem and the specialists who fix it, and we introduce one to the other while the timing is still live. We work across B2B markets, one lane at a time.
Most companies look for help only once something changes: a regulator’s letter, a failed audit, a new plant, a contract that needs capacity they do not have yet. Those moments are public and dated, and they pass quickly. We watch for them, check that both sides are a real fit and put the right two people in the same conversation. What we offer is timing and fit. We do not sell lists of leads.
01 / 04 · If your company is under pressure
Company under pressure → the specialist who fixes it
If you are dealing with a regulator’s finding, a failed audit, a sudden need to scale or a gap in your team, you do not need forty cold pitches. You need one specialist who has solved this before. We ask what is making it urgent now, check your situation against the specialists we work with and introduce one. Then we step back.
02 / 04 · If you fix these problems
Specialist → the companies who need them
If you sell a service that solves problems like these, in any industry, tell us exactly who you want to meet: the type of account, the geography, the minimum deal size, how much you can take on and who to leave out. We find companies that match while their problem is live, check each one against your spec and bring you only the genuine fits. Specialists work with us on a retainer for access to that flow. We talk through terms on a call.

How an introduction happens
- 01We watch public, dated events: regulator notices, filings, plant announcements, funding rounds and leadership changes.
- 02We speak to the company and ask one question: what is making this urgent now?
- 03We compare the company with each specialist’s spec, criterion by criterion.
- 04A person makes the call. We route the introduction, hold it or pass it to a specialist who is better suited.
- 05We open a fresh thread with both sides, explaining why the match makes sense and what happens next. Then we step out of the way.
04 / 04
What we will not do
- 01Name either side to the other before both have agreed.
- 02Offer a free sample introduction. Both sides are qualified first, every time.
- 03Bring you anyone on your do-not-bring list.
- 04Pad a list to make it look bigger. If there are three genuine fits, you get three.
- 05Invent a company, a signal or a result. Everything on this site can be checked.
Building in the open. We learned this model from myoProcess, a vetted B2B partner trusted across $1B+ in transactions, and we work alongside them while we route our first introductions in this lane. Our first closed match replaces this paragraph.
